About the Sarah Ellefson:
Co-Founder and Executive Director of STAR House, the only crisis nursery easily accessible by Ramsey County families. With a background in Childcare Administration and Advocacy, she brings lived experience as both a recipient of services, trauma survivor, and a professional in direct care and leadership roles.
